Physical Therapy

It is our mission to provide quality 1 on 1 care to all of our patients. With a thorough assessment of your limitations and functional abilities we can create a plan that will help you reach your goals. Our therapist holds certifications in Myofascial Release, Pilates, Dry Needling, IASTM and Kinesiology Taping. We have what you need and make therapy accessible to you.

Massage Therapy

Our clinical massage therapist is trained in more than just your typical relaxation massage. We offer Lymphatic Massage, Cupping, and Aromatherapy massage. We are trained to assess muscle tension and provide the appropriate technique to gain relaxation and elongation of muscles.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
We offer Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Springboard sessions.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy is the use of assessment and intervention to develop, recover, or maintain the meaningful activities, or occupations, of individuals, groups, or communities. It is an allied health profession performed by occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. We work to regain your ability to perform Activities of daily Living.

Wellness Boutique Services

Wellness Boutique enhanced out clients experience while here. These services are designed with you in mind to help you reach your wellness goals in Health and wellness. From the Infrared Sauna Therapy to the ionic Foot detox, we are looking to enrich your experience and open the door to a more holistic approach to health

Shirley Hyde Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed with over 29 years of experience of evaluation and treatment in the area of School based therapy; Traveling therapist; Industrial Rehabilitation with certification in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Conditioning/Hardening Program, Ergonomic Analysis, Work Station Analysis, writing Job Descriptions; working in Out-patient hand therapy at Mitsubishi Motors Corp and Water Reclamation District. In addition to extended time in Skilled Nursing Facility. My certifications includes: Certification in Physical Agent Modalities, (CPAM); Kinesio-taping (CKPT); Functional Movement Techniques utilizing Myofascial Cupping (FMT); Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization ( IASTM) using Rock Blades and well as Reiki Master Practitioner.

Ashley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in 2005. She completed her undergraduate work at Loyola University Chicago where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology while playing Division I softball. She has also obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2005. She is also certified in Dry Needling. Ashley is married and has 2 children. Her daughter has participated in Irish Dance for the last 3 years and they both enjoy horseback riding on their horse Squeak.

Through her continued education she learned many useful treatment techniques for a variety of physical dysfunctions and is proficient in treating the following:

• Chronic Pain • Fibromyalgia • Osteoarthritis • Osteoporosis • Common sprains and strains of multiple body parts • Sports injuries • Post-surgical rehabilitation including of the back, neck, shoulder, knee, foot and ankle to name a few • Basic women’s health issues including mild incontinence or pre/post partum rehabilitation
